Release Notes Updated for v2.4.1.1

Note: no database changes (hooray!)

Known Issues

Only one and it's not a biggy; the current release on Codeplex includes the Kudos assembly which has been mistakenly built as 2.4.1.0 not 2.4.1.1.  This has no affect on any code as the assembly version is not directly refered to in the code, nor are any other assembilies dependant on it.  Feel free to re-build as 2.4.1.1 if you like.  I'll probably re-relase soon (or just wait for the next release anyway - not sure).
