Current Status

I've added the first phase of the blogging capabilities.  At the moment I'm testing it on my own site (in addition to local testing at home).  The next release (currently 2.3.1.0) will be a major upgrade, including atleast one small addition to the database schema (a new column in the Content table) and changes to some stored procedures (along with some new ones).

More changes to come, refactorings, etc; I may post a 'beta' release along-side the current stable release (2.3.0.0) or I may just release the new version when its more polished.
