Adding and Editing Pages

Pages can be added, modified and removed from the administration section; no technical knowledge of HTML is explicitly required by end users.

At a high level, the ‘Add / Edit Page’ functionality allows you to:

  • Define a page (it’s title, URL, keywords, description)
  • Select a layout (which defines how the page is structured, where content can be placed)
  • Assign content to the page
  • Specify values for any of the dynamic properties that the designer may have defined in the layout (widths, text alignment, small text captions and so on)
  • Select a page skin (which defines the visual style of the page)
  • Specify values for any of the dynamic properties that the designer may have defined in the skin (such as background images, colours, and so on)
